Henry did my bike fit today and was very patient and informative. As a new rider, I had a lot of questions and he explained everything well!

I am so impressed with my bike fit experience with Henry. As always, he was friendly and welcoming, and clearly knew what he was doing. I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything he did and, more importantly, why and how it impacted performance and comfort on the bike. My last few rides since the fit have been so much better, without some of the issues that I had previously assumed were just part of riding. Well worth it.

Henry was fantastic and very thorough! He took his time and made detailed measurements in order to fit me properly to my bike. He was very personable and seemed to really care. I liked the fact that he wasn't hesitent about recommending a new part for my handlebars so I wouldn't over extend my arms which hurts my neck. It was a pricey part but well worth the adjustment. I definitely recommend Henry for bike fits:-)
